Indeed "Eat, Pray, Love" is a true and proper journey to rediscovery of what is good for the body, to the mind and spirit of us women (and not only), the result of my whole life started since I was a child as a dancer and continued as a scholar, journalist, writer, researcher, artist and coach in the fields of movement with dance and yoga, healthy plant-based nutrition, awareness, emotional and mental systems, genetic memories, spirituality, energy, herbalism, emotional natural gynecology, Feminine Healing Arts, the healing arts of the feminine.
